The Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage Visa is a temporary visa that permits the holder to travel to Australia to marry their fiancé(e) within the validity period of the visa. Subclass 100 Visa (Permanent Partner Visa):

The Subclass 100 visa is a permanent visa that allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia indefinitely. It is the second stage of the two-stage partner visa application process. To be eligible for the Subclass 100 visa, the applicant must have already held a Subclass 309 visa or a Subclass 820 visa (onshore partner visa).
